Days & Times
I work Tuesdays to Fridays. Session times each day are: 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 5.30pm, with an extra session on Wednesdays at 7pm. All sessions are 55 minutes, at £45 per session.
An initial consultation costs £30.
Online Booking
We will generally meet at the same time each week, if you are booking your first session, an initial consultation, where possible choose a slot that will work for you on a regular basis. I will do my best to accommodate fortnightly attendance and changing shift patterns.
Payment is made for each session at the point of booking & I will send a confirmation email with all of the information that you will need.
Once you’ve booked, it’s simple - a couple of minutes before your appointment time click on the Zoom link I've sent you and I will be there to welcome you.

You can book online up to 6 days in advance.

Payment
To finalise your booking, payment can be made by Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit or credit card using Kiku’s secure payment system, or contact me directly to pay by bank transfer.
ONLINE BOOKING
I use the Kiku platform to safely and confidentially manage my diary, store data and to process card payments.
It is a secure counselling management system designed and run by therapists.
It is GDPR compliant, fully encrypted, password and 2 FA protected.
Manage your bookings
It’s not necessary to have Kiku account. However, an account will give you access to your upcoming appointment details. You will be able to make payments, download receipts, get refunds, reschedule and cancel sessions, all from your dashboard without having to wait for a response from me.
Pay using
Kiku
With or without an account you can pay for your appointments securely and quickly using Kiku. You can use any major debit/credit card, ApplePay, or GooglePay.
All payments processed via Kiku are anonymised using their legal entity name “Sixten Eighty Ltd.”
Confidential message service
Contact me directly using Kiku. Their encrypted, password and 2FA protected system will keep our communications completely private without creating an email trail.
Kiku will simply send you a generic email to let you know when you have a new message.
